The mining is credited in BTC to the user's wallet on the 20th of each month starting from the month following the signing of the PAB contract. The instalments are withdrawn from the user's Swaggy EUR balance on the 25th of each month starting the month after subscription. There are 3 'free' withdrawal attempts (on the 25th, 26th and 27th of the month). The system will also try to withdraw the instalment on the 28th and 29th of the month and, only if sufficient funds are in the EUR balance, a fee of 1 euro will be charged. At the end of the rental period (starting from the 13th month), the instalments paid are credited back in euros, month by month and for the next 12 months.

If you rent one Fixed Machine, it will guarantee you the following profits:

● Miner01 = mining is 9.6% of the cost of the machine
● Miner02 = mining is 8.4% of the cost of the machine
● Miner04 = mining is 7.2% of the cost of the machine
● Miner08 = mining is 6% of the cost of the machine

For the Miner01 machines, packages with 2, 3, 5 and 10 machines are also purchasable and the mining rate changes depending on the chosen package:

● Bundle Miner x2 = mining is 10,8% of the cost of the package
● Bundle Miner x3 = mining is 12% of the cost of the package
● Bundle Miner x5 = mining is 13,5% of the cost of the package
● Bundle Miner x10 = mining is 15% of the cost of the package

At the end of the rental period the full price spent in euros will be credited back to your Swaggy wallet.

The mining start date depends on the reference batch. The mined BTCs are credited daily to your Swaggy wallet starting the day after mining start date. So if the mining start date is January 9th 2023, the first credit will be sent to your Swaggy wallet on January 10th 2023.

A Starter Kit consists of the rental of a portion of a Fixed Machine plus an activity kit. The duration of the rental contract is one year.

L’IVA ricevuta va versata trimestralmente con F24 e si dovrà fare annualmente la Dichiarazione IVA (NON dichiarazione dei redditi, ma SOLO dichiarazione IVA). Pertanto, ai fini IVA i promoter riceveranno le provvigioni AUMENTATE dell’IVA che poi verseranno trimestralmente e, ai fini INPS avranno anche i contributi nella Gestione Separata, pagati per 2/3 da Swag e SOLO per 1/3 addebitati al Promoter. N.B. Per coloro che sono già iscritti ad una forma di previdenza obbligatoria (e che quindi già pagano l’INPS), l’aliquota sarà agevolata al 24% anziché al 33,72% e sempre imputata per 1/3 al promoter e 2/3 a Swag.

Una volta che, durante un anno fiscale, il promoter ha superato la soglia dei EUR 5,000.00 ed ha aperto la partita IVA, ha perso il requisito dell’occasionalità e quindi si presume che svolga l’attività in modo abituale. Pertanto l’anno successivo, già dal primo euro guadagnato sarà tutto assoggettato ad IVA e quindi sarà emessa la Fattura e non la Ricevuta fiscale. Ai fini INPS, invece, i primi EUR 5,000.00 netti NON subiranno trattenuta (franchigia prevista dalla legge 335/95). L’assoggettamento ai fini INPS avverrà solo dopo i primi EUR 5,000.00 netti annui.
